Just in time for Valentine’s Day, TrustRadius is out with its second annual “Most Loved” Awards, and Pendo is excited to make the list. The third party review site mined its entire database of about 5,000 products—reviews encompassing 22,897,433 words—for mentions of the word love. The 50 products with the most mentions per review are this year’s winners—Pendo is the only platform serving product managers to make the list.
Reviews on TrustRadius and other similar sites are the ultimate motivators for the Pendo team. This unsolicited and honest feedback both warms our hearts and gives us marching orders to continue helping customers find value in the Pendo platform.
