Last week, I wrote about top takeaways and overall best practices for entrepreneurs outside of the bay area looking to raise capital. After Pendo’s closing of a $20M Series B round in December 2016, it was important that we share our process with other companies, like Pendo, who may be located thousands of miles away from potential investors.

In addition to providing best practices for starting a Series B round, we want to take it one step further by publishing the slide deck the Pendo executive team used while fundraising.
