Floor 404 Sweepstakes Official Rules
FLOOR 404 SWEEPSTAKES — OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor.
The sponsor of the Floor 404 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is Pendo.io, Inc. (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility.
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and other persons or entities involved in the development or administration of the Sweepstakes, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Any entrant who provides false or misleading information concerning their eligibility may be disqualified.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on October 7, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. ET (the “Start Date”) and ends on October 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “End Date”). The period from the Start Date through the End Date is the “Sweepstakes Period.” Sponsor’s designated computer system is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. No paid Pendo subscription or customer relationship is required to enter or earn entries in the Sweepstakes.
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may visit https://www.pendo.io/floor404/, register for Floor 404 through the Pendo Learning Lab by providing their email address, and participate in the games and other activities made available through Floor 404.
Floor 404 will include fifteen (15) games made available during the Sweepstakes Period. Eligible entrants will receive one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes by playing the designated Floor 404 game made available for that day. Limit one (1) Entry per entrant per day. Each eligible Entry received in accordance with these Official Rules will be included in the final random drawing.
5. Prizes
One (1) verified winner will receive four (4) tickets to Pendomonium (the “Prize”).
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $4,796, based on an ARV of $1,199 per ticket. The ARV is based on information available to Sponsor as of the date these Official Rules are issued.
Except as expressly provided in these Official Rules, all costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitution of the Prize is permitted by the winner; provided, however, that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize, or any portion thereof, with a prize of comparable or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received.
Sponsor will notify the potential winner on or about November 15, 2026, by email using the email address provided in connection with the potential winner’s Floor 404 registration (the “Notification”).
Selection as the potential winner does not create an unconditional right to receive the Prize. The potential winner will become the verified winner only after Sponsor confirms the entrant’s eligibility, compliance with these Official Rules, and satisfaction of the applicable winner-verification and prize-acceptance requirements.
If instructed in the Notification, the potential winner must respond and provide all requested information and documentation within one (1) month of the Notification. Sponsor may require the potential winner, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to execute and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, a liability release, a publicity release where lawful, and any other documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility or fulfill the Prize. Failure to timely satisfy the foregoing requirements, inability to verify eligibility or compliance with these Official Rules, or return of the Notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification. In that event, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from among the remaining eligible Entries, subject to the same verification requirements.
Sponsor is not responsible for any change in or inaccuracy of an entrant’s email address.
7. Taxes
The Prize may be taxable to the winner as income. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the Prize. Sponsor may require the winner to provide a valid taxpayer identification number, IRS Form W-9, identification, or other documentation to the extent reasonably necessary for Sponsor to satisfy applicable tax reporting, withholding, eligibility-verification, or other legal requirements. Sponsor will report the Prize to the extent required by applicable law.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or who tampers or attempts to tamper with or manipulate the registration process, Entry generation or accounting, gameplay, or the operation of the Sweepstakes, including through the use of unauthorized automated scripts, bots, or other automated means.
If the operation or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired or incapable of running as planned because of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical or production failures, bugs, viruses, or any other circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that materially affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to take such action as is reasonably necessary to address the impairment, including modifying, suspending, or canceling all or any portion of the Sweepstakes.
Failure by Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right or remedy.
9. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, injuries, or death arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize, including participation in any Prize-related travel or activity.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, likeness, and statements provided in connection with the Sweepstakes for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media without additional compensation.
11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Dispute Resolution. Prior to initiating any claim or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, the parties will make a good faith effort to resolve the underlying dispute.
Governing Law. These Official rules will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without reference to choice or conflicts of law principles or rules. All claims or proceedings arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or subject matter hereof will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and each party irrevocably submits to such venue and the personal jurisdiction of such courts. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each party waives the right to trial by jury in any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes
12. Winner List / Official Rules
The identity of the winner will be available after the winner has been verified and the Prize has been awarded. To request the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, send a request to press@pendo.io and identify the Floor 404 Sweepstakes in the request.
