Over his career, he has performed and managed nearly every role in a modern technology organisation, including product management, software development, product marketing, user experience design, and engineering leadership.

Through SVPG, Marty works with teams and leaders worldwide, sharing his expertise as both an advisor and invited speaker at major conferences. With over 10 years of experience in product marketing across technology and finance, she has worked for leading companies including Thomson Reuters and Experian. At Amex GBT, she has been driving the development of in-product messaging to support go-to-market initiatives and designing a new onboarding experience for users. Passionate about creating seamless and product-led customer journeys, Hélène brings a unique perspective on how product marketing and digital adoption intersect to deliver impact at scale.

Mark is an experienced product leader at the intersection of data, AI, and media. He leads Innovation, Experience & AI at Choreograph, bringing agentic capabilities to WPP’s media and data platform and designing AI-native user experiences. Known for a pragmatic, results-oriented approach, he balances near-term impact with a sharp eye on emerging trends.

Previously at Apple, Meta, and within WPP Media, he built advertising and marketing products powered by data, predictive modelling, and AI—leading cross-functional teams to ship custom bidding algorithms, contextual creative delivery, and advanced forecasting tools. Outside work, he’s a keen road cyclist and serial hobbyist who builds mechanical keyboards, makes pizzas, and grows vegetables at his allotment.

Romain Dardour is a product and technology leader shaping how the world’s largest beauty company builds its digital services ecosystem — from AI-driven recommendations to data platforms that help millions better understand beauty and feel confident in their own skin.

He previously founded Hull.io, one of the first Customer Data Platforms, later acquired by Bird.com, where he led product for data architecture, workflow automation, and marketing intelligence.

With an engineering background and a belief in product craftsmanship, Romain builds teams and systems that scale elegantly through first-principles thinking and long-term value.  He also invests in deep tech, B2B SaaS, and customer data products, supporting founders who build from first principles.

Ben Wilson leads a multidisciplinary design community at Sage, united by a mission to knock down barriers to help small businesses thrive. Nichole is a product leader focused on SaaS and product-led growth businesses. She loves to develop and transform products into self-serve, "no-touch" offerings. Her greatest joy is delighting users with every interaction, then guiding them from an "aha" moment to real value, enticing them to return and engage long term. She lives for usability testing and customer interviews and finds the intersection of qual and quant data magical.
