What can you do with the integration?
The new two-way Hubspot integration gives you the ability to push key product usage data that usually lives in Pendo into HubSpot, making it easy to integrate insights from various sources. Sales, customer success, marketing, and any other departments can then leverage those insights and build a complete view of your customer interactions.
For example, sales and customer success teams will be able to evaluate in-app product usage to create targeted outreach campaigns, identify new sales opportunities, and build better customer relationships. And marketing teams can enhance list segmentation, personalize campaigns, optimize their marketing campaigns based on behavioral data, and more—leading to improved customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
