A product review should start with a useful conversation, not a scavenger hunt for metrics. Which applications are gaining traction? Are users coming back? Is anyone using that AI agent you just launched?

Now, we're making those answers easier to find. App health is now generally available in Pendo Analytics, bringing application performance insights into one view. Alongside AI adoption measurement, the App health skill available through Pendo’s MCP or Leo helps teams spend less time assembling updates and more time deciding what to do next.

See where your product needs attention

App health brings adoption, engagement, and retention metrics together across your applications. Compare apps side by side, follow trends, and focus on the audiences that matter to your team.

For a product leader, that means a clearer starting point for prioritization. If one application attracts new users but struggles to bring them back, you know where to investigate. If another shows growing engagement, you have a reason to explore what's working and whether other teams can learn from it.

Now you can get that portfolio view without building a separate dashboard first.

Not just apps: Know whether your AI agents are getting used

Launching an AI agent is a milestone. Understanding adoption is the next step.

The new AI adoption metric shows the percentage of agent users: unique visitors who used an AI agent during the selected period, divided by all unique visitors who used the app or an AI agent. That includes people who interacted only with an agent.

When Agent Analytics is enabled for your subscription, this metric helps you see whether your AI agents are reaching a meaningful share of your app’s users or adoption is still limited. It’s a starting point for understanding traction before exploring the Agents page to see where usage falls off.

It gives your team a starting point for investigating adoption gaps and deciding where onboarding, education, or further research could help.

Get to insights through MCP or Leo

The App health skill brings application health data into AI workflows through Pendo MCP or Leo, Pendo's conversational AI assistant.

You can explore product health through a conversation, using Leo inside Pendo or an AI tool connected through MCP. Start with the application you want to understand, then ask follow-up questions to explore the data.

For teams preparing for a product review or checking on a launch, this offers a more approachable way to gather context and identify the next question worth asking.

Keep useful views close with Add to Dashboard

Add to dashboard example in Pendo Analytics

Once you've found a view worth following, keep it handy. Add to Dashboard lets you pin metrics, charts, and tables directly from App health and Product Areas to a Pendo dashboard.

Widgets carry over the filters and supported settings from their source page, and their data recalculates when the dashboard loads. That way your team can revisit a useful view without recreating it for every meeting.
