Fast-tracking Customer Onboarding using Pendo

Abstract

Bandwidth transitioned our high-touch (and largely manual) new customer onboarding process into a streamlined process using Pendo as the primary engine to guide the customer through the process. Now Onboarding Project Managers can focus their customer conversations on higher-value, relationship, and customer success-related activities vs. becoming mired in tactical 'how-to' minutiae.
