Reimagining the Onapsis Platform with Pendo

Abstract

Onapsis is transitioning to a new front-end interface for our primary product: the Onapsis Platform. Pendo's customer usage monitoring and in-app guides give us invaluable tools to tackle the many challenges of this initiative. Pendo's capabilities enable us to iterate rapidly even with our on-prem solution, ensuring a much smoother rollout of the new UI. This talk serves as an overview of the challenges we faced and how Pendo helped us meet them.
