Learn how Marketo is using tools like TrustRadius (a customer review platform) and Pendo to fill their adoption content funnel with peer-generated content they deliver to customers in product, so they can be more successful and realize the value of Marketo Engage. You’ll leave this session with tips for using Pendo analytics to determine what kind of reviews you should be sourcing; ways to test review questions to bring in the content and hand-raisers you need; and an understanding of how advocacy fuels adoption and vice-versa.
