Kat Noreen joined Pendo in 2022, coming from Enterprise customer side at Thomson Reuters. While at TR, Kat held roles leading Digital and Omni Channel transformation initiatives, leveraging digital and product capabilities to reimagine the customer experience. This work ultimately led to a role in Product, building out an Enterprise Product Analytics team within a large, global, and highly matrixed organization. Kat is passionate about standardizing and scaling customer engagement and health models across product business teams, enabling a holistic and data-driven view of the customer journey.
