What is the shuttle schedule and stops?
The Pendomonoium shuttles will be running every 15-20 minutes on a predetermined loop. The shuttle will stop at the following locations:
Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts – Bus lane cutout on Wilmington St.
Hotel 83 – 603 W. Morgan St.
AC Hotel – 9 Glenwood Ave
City Club Raleigh (Wells Fargo Building) – 125 S Salisbury St. (Tuesday only)
All you need to ride is your Pendomonium badge! Shuttles will run from 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM on Tuesday, September 13th and 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM on Wednesday, September 14th.
Where can I find the agenda?
Right on your badge! Simply scan the QR code on the back of your Pendemonium badge to access the agenda.
You can also find the agenda by downloading the event app through CrowdCompass. Once downloaded, search for “Pendomonium” and login to the app using the same name and email address you used for registration. Then, navigate to the “schedule” tab to view sessions, speakers, and the overall agenda.
Where can I find a map of the event?
To find a map of Pendomonium, please download the Pendomonium Event App through the app “Events” by CrowdCompass. Once downloaded, search for “Pendomonium” and login to the app using the same name and email address you used for registration. Then, navigate to the Maps page and select “Venue Map”. Voilà!
Where are the restrooms located?
Restrooms are located inside Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts, and are designated on the event venue map (see above) as purple triangles. All-gender restrooms are available in Raleigh Memorial Auditorium lobby.
Where is the keynote taking place?
All keynotes will be held in Raleigh Memorial Auditorium. Please refer to the map here.
The gates are closed in front of the other theaters. How do I get in?
The gates will open before the breakout sessions.
Where is A.J. Fletcher Opera Theater?

Where is the Sponsor Village located?
The Sponsor Village is located outside, directly in front of the main entrance of the Raleigh Memorial Auditorium.
Where is the Merch Booth located?
The Merch Booth is located in the lobby of Raleigh Memorial Auditorium.
How does the Pank Points system work?
Scan your wristband at the entrance of every session, at booths in the Pendo Product Experience Zone, and in the Sponsor Village to receive Pank Points. You can redeem your Pank Points for Pendomonium merch at the Merch Booth located in the lobby of Raleigh Memorial Auditorium.
Where is the nursing room located?
There is a Mamava Lactation Pod located next to Meymandi Concert Hall. The password to enter is 8008.
Is there a coat check?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a coat or bag check at Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts. Please store your luggage at your hotel.

Pendomonium will take place at the Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts in Raleigh on September 13-14.
What is the dress code for Pendomonium?
Business casual attire is appropriate for all functions at Pendomonium.
What weather should be expected?
The average high in Raleigh in September is mid-80s and the lows in the mid-60s. We recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket as meeting rooms tend to be chilly.

Will nursing rooms be available for nursing mothers?
To ensure a welcoming environment for all Pendomonium attendees, a dedicated mother’s nursing room will be available at the Duke Energy Center.
What is the Pendomonium hashtag?

There will be! We will provide access to all attendees shortly prior to the event.
How will in-person attendees gain access to the various events, keynotes and breakouts?
Your conference badge and name tag will serve as your ticket and provide you access to the events you are registered to attend. You must wear your badge at all times.
What if I lose my badge?
If you lose your badge, you will need to go to the registration desk for a new conference badge. You will be charged $100 for the replacement badge.

Health and safety
How is Pendo addressing health and safety at Pendomonium?
Pendo will be following all local mandates regarding COVID-19. We will ensure the event venues have implemented advanced health and safety procedures for our event such as increased cleaning schedules of facilities and allowing for ample room to social distance for added comfort. Attendees who join us at Pendomonium agree that they will follow all health and safety guidelines required by Pendo and Pendomonium organizers and/or the Duke Energy Center, Pendo Raleigh, and any offsite venues. We advise attendees to review the COVID-19 health screening questions and to stay at home if they are experiencing symptoms or have been exposed to COVID-19 within 14 days of the event.

Pendo Essentials Certification Course (Capacity: 50) – $450
Are you new (or new-ish) to Pendo? If so, this one-day, hands-on workshop is for you. You’ll learn how to install Pendo, tag pages and features, create segments, set up guides, perform behavioral analytics, and tips for applying best practices each step of the way. This session gets you on the path to being Pendo certified. You’ll leave ready to get certified and with a special access code to access the exam for free.

Will attendees receive confirmation of their registration?
Yes. After registering online, attendees will receive an automated email confirming their registration.
What types of payments are accepted for Pendomonium?
All registration fees for the event are in U.S. dollars and are payable via credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa). Should you not be able to utilize a credit card, please contact your CSM for assistance. All fees must be received prior to the event or paid onsite before a badge will be issued.
Is my reservation transferable?
Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your organization until September 2, 2022. Please submit all transfer requests to [email protected] and include the first name, last name, title, organization and email address of the new attendee. Any hotel reservations made will need to be canceled and/or changed directly with the hotel.
What if I have to cancel?
If you registered for Pendomonium and are unable to attend, please cancel your registration as soon as possible.
Cancellations received after 5:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time by Monday, August 22 will be charged 50% of the tuition cost. Cancellations received after 5:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time on Friday, September 2 will be charged 100% of the tuition cost. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Hotel reservations should be canceled directly with the hotel.
What does the Pendomonium registration fee include?
The registration fee includes a two-day, live, product festival at Raleigh’s Duke Energy Center. “The Pendomonium Experience” passes include: Continental breakfast and full lunch plus snacks and receptions Tuesday and Wednesday (Training passholders will receive breakfast and lunch day of training), admission to breakout sessions, admission to keynotes and mainstage sessions, admission to Pendo’s Night Out Party, experiences you won’t get anywhere else, swag, and memories to last a lifetime! Registration does not include air transportation and hotel accommodations.
Are meals included?
Yes, a light breakfast, lunch, and heavy appetizers in the evening are provided to all attendees on September 13 and 14. During the check-out process you can reference dietary restrictions.
