Sarah joined Nelnet Business Services in 2017 and has been a part of multiple teams during her time with the company, but more importantly began her current role as the In-App Help Administrator in September 2022. Sarah thrives at creating guides and providing quality in-app content to both internal and external users. She values collaboration and authentic conversation, as she oversees best practices, guide request processes, and coordinating Pendo use across teams and departments in NBS. After attending Oklahoma Baptist University majoring in English for Secondary Education, Sarah now lives in the DFW (TX) area with her two cats. Sarah enjoys reading fiction, playing cozy-style video games, and making new connections!
