Jonathon Wilson

Jonathon Wilson is an R&D Software Systems Analyst with Medidata Solutions, where he has worked for the past seven years. After spending five years as a Technical Content Strategist, he made the switch in late 2021 to run Medidata’s Pendo account. He works cross-functionally with many organizations across his company to create product efficiencies, deliver high-quality user assistance and communications, and gather, analyze, and interpret user engagement metrics. Jonathon, originally from Alabama, graduated from Auburn University and loves all things Tolkien, is an avid gamer, and is a slow, but happy hiker. He now lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado with his wife and tiny menagerie consisting of three cats and two chihuahuas.
