Chad Holdorf serves as Pendo’s VP of Product from San Francisco, spearheading the strategic direction and management of Adopt’s product line. He has a proven track record of developing and launching transformational products and leading a customer-centric, data-driven team that balances hard work with a vibrant, enjoyable work environment.

Chad boasts over 15 years of experience in product and technology. His journey at Salesforce started with the role of Director of Developer Productivity, eventually culminating in his position as Vice President of Core, where he oversaw 30 product managers and led a team of 1,000 engineers. Under his leadership, they served thousands of customers and launched the groundbreaking Hyperforce. Prior to Salesforce, Chad was instrumental in transforming John Deere into an agile organization, developing both software and hardware for innovative machines capable of autonomous operation.
