Kelli Dragovich

Kelli has over 23 years of HR experience in Global Tech companies, ranging from later stage companies (Google, Yahoo!, Intuit) to earlier stage companies (Hired, GitHub, Looker, Pendo). 

Kelli recently transitioned from Chief People Officer at Pendo to an Industry Thought Leadership Expert within our Adopt Product team. In this role, she is spending time with our Product and Go-to-Market teams to help evangelize and enable G&A leaders to understand how they can use Pendo Adopt to elevate their organization’s productivity and performance. 

Most recently prior to Pendo, Kelli was in M&A lead roles at Google, CHRO at Looker, SVP People at Hired, and VP People at GitHub. She previously held various senior HR roles at Yahoo!, Intuit, and Nook Media. She is also an active advisor, investor, and mentor. 

Kelli is a mother of 12 year-old twin boys and is the ultimate sports enthusiast—even competing as an amateur boxer in the past. She attended Santa Clara University where she played Division I softball and graduated with a degree in Psychology, before going on to receive a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University in San Diego. She loves to build fast growing businesses, get things done, laugh at work, and create super authentic cultures.
