In this talk, Dariusz Dziuk shares stories and product lessons from the discovery process of a product that took Spotify from an audio-only to a visual music experience. He’ll share a real-life case study presentation with product thinking ideas that go beyond the typical PM toolkit, inspired by how music works and a brainstorming technique used by board game designers. He’ll also reflect on how similar product work is to other creative areas, how to intentionally use constraints for innovation, and how to navigate uncertainty in the creative process where A/B testing won’t give you all the answers.
