Roz leads the research operations and innovation team at Medtronic, implementing innovative solutions to enable product analytics, insights, and ongoing human factors and user experience research. Roz is a certified scrum product owner and has over ten years of experience in the medical device software industry. She has been leading Medtronic’s adoption of Pendo across the Cardiac Rhythm Management product portfolio.
