Troy Jones

Troy is a Senior Product Manager for the MySchoolBucks website. He has over 20 years of experience in the software technology industry. He joined Heartland School Solutions in May of 2007, and has had the opportunity to wear many hats over the past 16 years. He has helped kickstart and/or manage several products at HSS including our Nutrition POS, menu planning, and inventory solutions; Merchant Onboarding Website; Integrations Platform; and most recently, the MySchoolBucks Website.

Troy has a passion for solving problems for the business and our users. He continuously studies the art and science of product management, and often shares and implements what he learns within the organization. He also plays a significant role in training and mentoring new product managers.

Troy lives in sunny Phoenix, Arizona and enjoys dancing, hiking, and bike riding in his free time.
