Tom is a Customer Experience leader who enjoys building and bringing together digital products and experiences that solve complex problems and bring value to businesses and their customers. He’s had the privilege to lead global teams and partners to deliver transformational product and experience initiatives that have grown top-line sales, resulted in significant cost savings and improved the customer experience for hundreds of thousands of businesses and millions of global users.

At Okta, Tom has built a holistic strategy and team from scratch to drive hyper-personalized engagement, adoption and renewal, and growth across our customer base via digital channels and the Okta product. Tom has also spent time at DocuSign and an early career in management consulting across a variety of industries, including Cloud/SaaS, Beer, eCommerce, Financial Services and Waste Management (yes, he worked in Trash!).
