Liz Feller found her Nelnet Business Services family in 2019 and has been a part of online help ever since. When the company started using Pendo, she and her team helped spearhead the effort to take online help to the next level and make using Pendo a collaborative company-wide effort, and she’s always excited to find new ways to provide a superior customer experience and communicate openly and honestly. Originally from north Dallas, she attended college at UT Austin where she met her husband (in Longhorn Band!) and they live near DFW with their two children and their dog and cat. In her spare time Liz enjoys the outdoors, reading Stephen King novels, and doing the NYT crossword puzzle.
