Linda Massie

A passionate user experience leader, design evangelist, and accomplished speaker, Linda Z. Massie has spent over a decade in the UX industry creating innovative technological solutions that positively impact people’s lives. Currently working at Medtronic, she has been leading and mentoring highly successful teams across the company. Her approach integrates multiple innovative methodologies that allow for not only the creation of revolutionary products and experiences, but also integrate the tools necessary to measure their success. Some of these methodologies include, but are not limited to: Design Thinking—how teams explore and solve problems; Lean—the framework for testing pre-existing beliefs and learning one’s way to the right outcomes; and Agile—how teams have adapted to changing conditions to not only build the right thing, but ensure they build the thing right.
