Heidi Serwer

Heidi Serwer founded Coyote’s Product Success team in 2021 and has played a pivotal role in Coyote Technology’s transformative product journey. Since its establishment, Product Success has focused on developing a strong Product Ops pillar, dedicated to creating exponentially impactful product teams by providing them with the tools, processes, and insights to deliver a technology experience Coyote’s customers need and its employees love. Product Success has recently grown to include Coyote’s established Product Design team.

A founding Coyote employee, Heidi is passionate about amplifying the talent and capabilities of her teams by equipping them with the necessary framework for success. Prior to her current role, Heidi managed a team of software engineering business analysts and product owners driving excellence in Coyote Technology’s product delivery and Agile development processes.

Heidi lives in Chicago with her husband and two children.  In her free time, Heidi writes songs for and performs in her indie rock band, Things That Fly.
