Gunnar Mlsna

Gunnar is the Manager of Operations Products Delivery at United Airlines. His team is responsible for the overall strategy and implementation of United’s new tools, technologies and processes. Focusing on being the voice of the customer so that business requirements are adopted and sustained indefinitely. Gunnar has been with United Airlines for 5 years with a variety of roles that include Customer Service, Change Management and Product Delivery.

Gunnar holds a BS in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He lives in the Chicago suburbs with his wife Nicole (who also is a United employee) and his dog/child Jax. Gunnar is very passionate about health and fitness and traveling as much of the world as possible. Fun fact, Gunnar is a recent first-time homebuyer and extremely excited to set his roots for the first time.
