For the last 20 years, I have worked closely with designers, developers and content strategists to create functional, elegant and useful online solutions for federal, commercial, domestic and international audiences. Leveraging my background in user experience I am now responsible for standing up and supporting our new Product Operations group and their Voice of the Customer program within the Engineering Solutions group at S&P Global, which is transforming the way we support our customers as well as improving operations within our customer success and product management teams.
