Danielle Satterwhite is passionate about customer experience, conversion rate optimization and product-led growth. She graduated from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School with an MBA and has more than 10 years of experience in tech marketing, including roles at Amazon, AWS, and Meta, as well as high-growth startups.
Danielle currently works as a Senior Growth Marketing Manager at Pendo where she manages the strategy for Pendo Free acquisition, engagement, and conversion. She believes that simply having a freemium product and free trial is not enough to be considered product-led. It’s really about how you’re leveraging innovation (experimenting), creating inclusivity with partners and stakeholders (product & sales), and aligning a shared focus towards the product.
