Colleen Knuff

Colleen is the Vice President, Product Management for Audit at Wolters Kluwer TAA NA. In her role, she leads the strategic vision and voice of customer research for the Audit product portfolio. Prior to her promotion to VP, Colleen served as Sr. Director, Product Management for TeamMate, an internal audit solution set and has been an integral part of TeamMate’s transformation from a traditional internal audit software product to an innovative and flexible combined assurance platform and solution set that organizations from around the world can use to scale and grow their audit methodology and maturity. During her tenure, Colleen has been responsible for driving product strategy and direction including intimate involvement with new product ideas and development efforts and has been closely aligned with client and market needs.

Colleen is a featured speaker at the annual TeamMate user forum. For almost 20 years, Colleen has served as a business analyst / product owner and product manager for TeamMate, software that helps improve the audit process, developing new functionality based on professional standard requirements, changes to technology and internal auditor feedback globally. Colleen has led a global product management team with team members in NA, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC—focusing on innovative solutions to real market problems, with a heavy emphasis on voice of customer, contextual design, and user observation.

Colleen also previously served as internal audit senior manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers, working on a wide variety of internal audit projects, including strategic business processes, operational audits, IT audits, outsource vendor audits, and business operations across multiple clients.
