Broadcom uses Pendo for its ValueOps product, Rally, to drive business impact across the organization—leveraging features including segments, analytics, in-app guides, surveys, and NPS. In this session, Vaclav and Matthew will provide practical examples of how businesses can use these features to make data-driven decisions to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
They’ll demonstrate how they use segments to target specific user groups with personalized messaging and experiences. Delve into how analytics can be used to gain insights into user behavior and to track adoption through OKRs. Explore the value of in-app guides in delivering contextual information to users. And finally, discuss the importance of surveys and NPS to gain insights into customer satisfaction and areas for improvement.
You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how a different mix of Pendo features, if used correctly, can drive business impact and improve the overall customer experience and drive business outcomes.
