You probably know about Pendo’s capabilities around engagement, analytics, guides, and feedback tools. But did you know it can also be leveraged to create directories of user populations, to directly engage with end users face-to-face? In this session, you’ll learn how Medtronic took Pendo capabilities out of the box and created a research engine to support all the different types of research activities they conduct directly with their end users.
