Quincy Olatunde’s mantra for his team at Peacock is that every new feature should solve a customer problem. Olatunde leads the product teams driving innovation and growth for the streaming platform. His teams are charged with retaining and growing U.S. subscribers, expanding the platform’s technology globally, and delivering the best possible viewing experience, including soon for the first-ever streaming-exclusive NFL playoff game and the upcoming 2024 Paris Summer Olympics. That’s all while maintaining strict compliance with government regulations for privacy and security. Olatunde believes all of this can be achieved by designing inclusive, human-centric products and aligning the right teams and resources to support the work.
