From data silos to data unity

At Jamf we have numerous systems ranging from CRM to financial to product performance, product usage and everything in between. As we matured in our data journey, we started to ask questions that could only be answered by unifying data from all these systems. Join us as we talk about why we needed to bring data together from disparate systems, how we approached the problem, and how we ultimately brought our data silos into a united picture. This session will go through which tools we're using, how we're leveraging the Pendo API to both centralize Pendo data as well as enhancing metadata within Pendo from external sources, and how we're able to make more informed decisions that lead to a better product experience for our customers.
