Transitioning from Intuition to Data Driven


Our organization got where we are by listening to our user community, intuition, and a lot of gut feel. As we grew and diversified our portfolio the need for more data about how our growing customer base was using our products was required across the organization. I'll share how we implemented Pendo, grew our usage across our portfolio, created a new department and roles dedicated to product data, and made product usage data core to everything from Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Services, Sales and Marketing.
