How to solicit in-product user feedback with Pendo

Abstract

How Crunchbase uses Pendo for solicting product feedback from our users. In this session I will discuss:

* My framework for designing in-app feedback surveys for evaluating new features
* What I learned and how I iterated when I tried to use this framework for the first time and failed miserably.
