Email nurtures have been around since the beginning of email. They've proven successful in many ways from moving customers down the pipeline to providing content to help users further their adoption of a product. But there is one thing that email nurtures can't do: deliver helpful adoption content, exactly where the customers need it most - in the product. During our session, attendees will learn how Adobe nurtures Marketo Engage customers across channels using email and in-product nurtures to increase adoption and reduce churn. We'll walk through how we keep a customer-first mindset when translating email to in-product nurtures, the strategy behind the content delivered in-product, and how to build and report on the in-product nurture using a tool like Pendo.
